    Looks good. Just be mindful of not walking away and leaving the top and bottom vents open for a burn off. Even though you have a brick under your Kamado, fires can absolutely still happen with how close your wood panels are to the Kamado. Looks like your house has stone behind it so it would limit the fire risk

    Nice work! I built a table for my Big Joe about 6-7 years ago. This is in no way meant to negate fire risk, because it’s never zero, but even when my KJ is burning super hot, the wood top is never more than a bit warm to the touch. Sparks and pops of coal are more dangerous

    Get some pipe and run you a bar across the front with some hooks. Looks good

  5. Nice I recommend you the kamado joe ceramic stands, they are totally worth it and working quite good with saving your wooden table.

    I tried different options and the ceramic stands were the best one
